Renovations Coming to the Dorsch Memorial Branch
The Monroe County Library System wishes to inform patrons of upcoming renovations to the Dorsch Memorial Branch Library. Renovations to the entrance are scheduled to begin in the Fall of 2018. Please note that during construction, the main entrance to the library will be unavailable. Another way to check out Overdrive eBooks and Audiobooks
To make your library's digital collection even more convenient to access, Woodlands downloadable content is now available to check out through the Library's online catalog. This means that patrons can check out and place holds on Woodlands (Overdrive) content without using the Overdrive or Libby apps. When searching the Library's online catalog, a special Overdrive button will now appear next to eContent items. Leave it to Beavers!
The Monroe County Library System and the River Raisin Institute have partnered together to display hand-crafted beaver sculptures at seven library branches through the month of June. The beavers were created by school children across Monroe County as part of the River Raisin Institute's Leave it to Beavers program.
