Bedford Arts For Our Future Show

About the Show

The purpose of this show is to provide visual artists the opportunity to compete and exhibit in our community; to allow the public to appreciate this artistic talent; and to further our community’s cultural development by the permanent display of selected artwork at the Bedford Branch Library.

2026 Show Details

• The Bedford Arts for Our Future Show will be held on Sunday, November 1, 2026 at the Bedford Branch Library, 8575 Jackman Road, Temperance, MI.
• Artists may enter a total of three (3) works. At least one piece must be available for purchase. Paintings, drawings and photographs are limited in size to 36” width including frame because of limited space and must be ready to hang with wire.
• Works need to be delivered on Thursday, October 29, 2026 from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. to the Bedford Branch Library.
• Judging takes place on Friday, October 30, 2026. Results of the judging will be available on Saturday, October 31, 2026 and can be obtained by calling the library between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at (734) 847-6747.
• All art pieces will be displayed in the show unless it is determined that the piece is inappropriate for viewing in a public library.

Entry Fee – $30.00

• PURCHASE (2 Awarded) – Actual Value
• BEST OF SHOW – $150.00
• PEOPLE’S CHOICE – $50.00 (in case of tie, money will be split)

Art will be displayed at the Bedford Branch through Friday, November 20, 2026.

Please pick up on Saturday, November 21 between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm or Sunday, November 22, 2026 between 12:00 p.m and 5:00 p.m
