Seated Tai Chi-Petersburg

Judy Jackson will lead the group in some easy meditation in motion, also known as Tai Chi. Tai Chi is a low impact, gentle physical exercise and stretching
that puts minimal stress on muscles and joints.  Wear comfortable clothing.
